The charge is going to show as our business name, but it should show exactly like this:

     - *SP WHYNOTGIFTS

Sometimes if there is not enough room to show the entire name, it will just cut it off on your actual statement, but that is what it should look like.

The long answer - yes.

Whenever you are going through the checkout, you are going to be asked a serious of questions - one of them being "what is your email address?"

Now, it's not going to be word-for-word what is in those quotes, but at some point during the checkout process, you are going to be asked for your email.

Make sure to correctly spell your email, because the form will not know whether an email is spelled correctly or not, as long as it has the correct extension at the end "@gmail.com, @aol.com, @hotmail.com, etc". If you put random letter with a random extension (i.e random@gmail.com), the form is going to think it's the correct email and send your order confirmation accordingly.

Double check before you click submit because it becomes one of those things you type so much that you assume that you typed it right, but you ended up missing a letter or adding an extra one.

Get in contact with us so we can figure out what the problem is, but typically there won't be any trouble getting a refund for your shipment.

When you contact us, here is what we are going to need:

 - Your full name

 - Your order number

 - Description of the problem

Once we have determined the problem, we will have you ship the item back to our facility in Florida so we can verify the problems. As long as everything checks out, the refund will be issued immediately.

The main reason we do this is to double check the items being produced by our manufacturers. It's almost like an "undercover boss" sort of deal - we do not want them to show us one thing and sell our customers something else.

If our customers get an item that was lower than their expectations, then it is no longer going to be sold!

Our manufacturers are over seas, but depending on the popularity of the item, we will import a bulk amount of the item into our warehouses within the United States. This helps cut down on shipping times and it also helps us with quality control.
